“Started having sciatica problems (back) last few years and actually considered retirement. Went to doctors, but no help. Found I had major muscle imbalances and that was causing the problem. I work full time so I needed efficient, practical way of correcting problem. I have done a lot of things athletically and have a degree in Exercise Science. My improvement at this stage is not going to be cardio. I needed efficiency in neuro-muscular firing (getting nervous system to fire correctly).
