Our Sports Performance program is designed specifically for each individual athlete. The athlete is evaluated through their first 3-4 sessions to determine that particular athlete's strengths and weaknesses. Once the athlete has been evaluated, we develop a program specifically designed for that indivdual based on their strengths, waknesses and sport. After the evaluation has been completed, we then test the athlete on Vertical touch, standing broad jump and Isokinetic Incline Bench press and record the results. After the athlete has completed the specific program we have designed for them(approx. 6-8 weeks), we re-test the athlete to see the improvements and then start the process over with a re-evaluation.
